What is Action AI?
Each of our software integrations have processes built in to take care of the mundane and streamline efficiencies. For example, if rebooting a system is necessary, our Action AI will choose the optimal time to execute and attempt several repairs of its own. If the AI can’t fix something, such as a physical issue with the hardware, it will trigger a notification along with the forwarding the diagnostic on to the assigned person to help.
